1) In the production process, the drying is not dry enough, and the bag is immediately packed, and the moisture is covered in the bag. After a long time, the PAM absorbs the water and the particles are bonded together. (Generally the inner bag is kept intact and not damaged)

2) In the rainy season or when the cargo code is placed in a damp place, the inner bag is damaged. The PAM absorbs the moisture in the air, causing the particles to swell and stick together to form a block.

3) When the goods are stacked, the height is too high, and the goods are squeezed each other for a long time, and there is also the possibility of agglomeration.

4) The most common product is the product that is used. The packaging is generally not in good condition. After use, the inner bag is not tied tightly. The humidity of the use site is large, or it is not used for a long time after using it. When found, PAM is found. It has already been agglomerated, which is also due to the strong moisture absorption of PAM.

PAM is generally dissolved into a solution, which allows the molecular chain of PAM to be fully extended, which can increase his utilization rate. The agglomerated PAM will dissolve very well, or only a small part will be dissolved. Even if the conditions of dissolution are changed, it will not dissolve completely. The insoluble PAM will not be able to perform its intended function and cause waste. Although the agglomerated PAM can be used, it will cause waste of materials, and the utilization rate is low. The insoluble polystyrene PAM enters the pipeline, which will cause blockage, affecting production, and the dredging of the blocked pipeline is also difficult.
