How to choose the water that dissolves the polyacrylamide granules? The water in which the particulate polymer is dissolved should be clean (such as tap water) and not sewage. Water at room temperature can be used, generally no heating is required. When the water temperature is lower than 5 ¡ã C, the dissolution is very slow. The water temperature increases the dissolution rate, but above 40 ¡ãC, the polymer will accelerate degradation and affect the use effect. Generally tap water is suitable for formulating polymer solutions. Strong acid, strong base, high salt water is not suitable for formulation. |
